TECNO GAZ S.p.A. has completed the purchase of the majority package of DENTAL MACHINE srl, which has thus become a subsidiary.
The growth path for external lines of TECNO GAZ S.p.A. which with this acquisition aims to significantly increase its offer in the dental sector, specifically in the dental and dental sector with regard to digital workflow. An area with a high potential for growth, which will see us as protagonists thanks to the new development projects relating to the product lines related to the dental practice and to the new technologies that will be developed for the dental laboratory.

BERTOZZI PAOLO president of TECNO GAZ said he was very satisfied with this acquisition, as DENTAL MACHINE is the Italian manufacturing company of excellence in the field of milling for the dental sector and thanks to the development of an extraordinary line of CLINIC SIDE millers for the study dentist, will definitely become a leader also in this sector.
